Years earlier, a contractor had removed several corbels prior to repairing the roof over the porch. And the corbels went missing. The height of the facia board and the depth of the soffit had changed from the original, and was different at every position where the new corbels were to be placed. So the challenge here was to fabricate new corbels that appeared to be of a consistent shape and dimensions, and match the existing corbels.
